Is there really no contract?
No contract. Subscriptions are month to month and you can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
The 14-day trial is no-commitment. If it isn't right, cancel before it ends and you're not charged. If it is, the subscription simply continues.
Which plan should we choose?
Standard is the right start for companionship and staying connected. Choose Wellness+ if you want wellness tracking, a care-team summary, or the emergency-assistance loop. You can move between plans anytime.
How is billing handled?
Securely through Stripe. We don't store full card numbers. See the Terms for the full billing details.
